Job Description:We are looking for a AM /DM Sales with our client with a global presence based in India. Our Client The client is the worlds 5th-ranked publicly-traded international oil company. Responsible for Sales of a Single brand in a designated area. 2. Achieve volume of 400-500 tons per annum. 3. Manage a network of one Depot, 4-8 distributors. 4. Manage a secondary network of 500-600 Dealers Retailers. 5. Manage trade account receivables. ACTIVITIES : Achieve volume objectives set by the state head Execute the sales strategy as per directives of state head in the assigned area Develop primary network to ensure optimal representation and service level. Maintaining good relationship with all distributors to give them a sense of bonding and stability. Managing conflict with the primary network related to issues of investment, profitability, operational efficiency and infrastructure, company support etc. Interface with network and consumers in keeping with a well formulated market visit plan to solicit, maintain, retain and expand business. Map analyse secondary network to improve spread and penetration of the brand. Ensure effective implementation of all Centrally coordinated Strategies, Promotions, Campaigns etc. Execute local schemes approved by state head for secondary network to improve secondary sales. Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy. In case of defaults, outstanding are collected as quickly as possible through appropriate timely actions. Ensure effective management of CODs/CFAs and their strict adherence to terms of the agreement. Indent as per the norms set by the company to ensure optimum level of inventory with nil stock out situations. Report up-to-date information on competition and environment to superior at least on monthly basis. Ensure all aspects of the companys health and safety policy are adhered to. Carry out any other duties that may be advised by state head ACCOUNTABILITIES : Ensure volume and product mix objectives are achieved in the area. Ensure Trade Account Receivables are within strict control at all times. Ensure that all operations in the area are within the framework of the company policy and budgeted limits. Ensure development of a good quality long term Primary and Secondary Network.
