Job Description:Job Responsibilities Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms and screening the candidates over phone. Scheduling the interview and co-ordinating the entire interview process and follow-up on the interview status. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved on time and communicating employer information and benefits during screening. Maintain daily tracker and updating the submission database. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Desired Skills Min 1 - 4 years experience in recruitment area. Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream. Proven work experience in IT Recruitment or similar role. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
