Job Description:Role of Key Account Management in Shiksha: Education sector spends upwards of 2400 cr p.a. on advertising, this spend is divided 90% on print and 7% on online, clearly indicating that there is a large headroom for growth in the online space for education sector. For Shiksha to take a large pie of the online spend, Key account management is the focus. We expect a selective set of clients to contribute disproportionately to business. To manage such accounts, we need a select set of high potential people. The role offers a great chance to create high impact, and a strong career trajectory for those who are able to meet the demands of the role. Key Responsibilities of this role: 1.Managing sales, and relationships with assigned Key Accounts. (billed and un-billed in past) 2.Achieving the sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement. 3.Effectively assessing the clients needs and proposing customized Shiksha solutions that best address those needs. Developing a good understanding of share of spend for Shiksha and effectiveness of other channels used. 4.Managing the entire campaign of the clients to ensure delivery of the commitment made to the client. 5.Closely monitoring the delivery and analyzing the campaign performance. Taking corrective action basis the analysis. Work closely with sales operations and customer delivery team where needed 6.Developing multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in the client organizations, such as Counsellors, Marketing Managers, Marketing Heads, Chairmen, Deans, and Admission Directors. 7.Full grasp of Shiksha products and content to effectively pitch and answer client queries 8.Follow up for payments and ensuring timely collections. Experience and Education Qualification MBA or equivalent. (Any prior experience into BD, Account Management and Sales will add value). Desired Candidate Profile: Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large deals. Great relationship building skills Good Analytical skills and problem solving capability Understanding of online marketing is essential. Should be able to make and deliver impactful presentations to senior managements members of the client organization. Proficient in MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to think on the spot to effectively answer client queries/objections
